We believe in doing the right thing. If a transaction fails, you should get your money back, quickly, and without a fight.
1. Automatic refunds
Failed airtime, data, bill and pin transactions are refunded automatically to your BTZ wallet within 60 seconds. You will be notified in-app and by email.
2. Disputes
If a transaction shows as successful but you didn't receive the service, open a dispute from the transaction detail page. We investigate within 24 hours.
3. Wallet withdrawals
Wallet balances can be withdrawn to a Nigerian bank account belonging to the verified account holder. Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes.
4. Chargebacks
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action. Please contact us before initiating a bank chargeback.
